Data Validation & Definitions

When an application is denied in ExactEstate you have the ability to print off a templated denial letter. This page is how you create a template for a denial letter for applications. Please look at the image below for validation on where each field will be placed in the template.

Below are the field names and descriptions to help ensure each are filled out properly to ensure accurate onboarding of your data.

• From Organization: The organization name from the mailed denial letter.
• From Addressee: The address name for the denial letter.
• From Street Address: The street address from where the denial letter came from.
• From City: The city where the denial letter came from.
• From State: The state where the denial letter came from.
• From Zip: The zip code where the denial letter came from.
• Additional Information: Any extra text you wish to add to the denial letter.
