Data Validation & Definitions

Below are the field names and descriptions to help ensure each are filled out properly to ensure accurate onboarding of your data.

• Building: Building is required, and it must already be created within the system. This is the name of the building you entered.
• Unit: Unit Number is a required field.
• Designation: Designation is required. This matches the floorplan designation to assign pricing to units.
• Floorplan: Floorplan name is required. This is the name you provided your Floorplan while entering it.
• Parking Passes, Garages, and Storages optional fields, but if entered they must be formatted as follows (separated by commas): 1, 2, 3
