Data Validation & Definitions
Work Orders can also track inventory usage in ExactEstate. When you complete a work order in the system you can associate used inventory to track product on-hand.
Below are the field names and descriptions to help ensure each are filled out properly to ensure accurate onboarding of your data.
- Inventory Item Name: This is the name of the inventory item you wish to track. For example: paint, nails, tools, etc...
- Quantity: Fill in the number of items you have on hand here.
- Description: Fill in the inventory item's description here.
