Assisted Setup File: Work Order Selection Tab
Data Validation & Definitions
Work Orders are created via drop-down selections, and we allow complete customization of each selection option chosen during a work order.
Below are the field names and descriptions to help ensure each are filled out properly to ensure accurate onboarding of your data.
- Work Order Locations: These are the areas that are attributed to work orders such as: master bedroom, secondary bathroom, living room, etc...
- Work Order Category: These are main topics or fixtures in a residence that may require a work order. Examples could include: building exterior, electrical and lighting, appliances, etc...
- Category Items: Work Order Category Items relate to the items being checked inside a Work Order Category. Examples include: ceiling fans, lights, locks, blinds, etc... For the Category Items, make sure that you separate each item by a comma in the file.
- Only For Staff: There are some work order categories you may not want residents to see. Enter an "X" into this field to restrict the viewing of the category to only staff.
