Does ExactEstate accept ACH payments?
Absolutely! ExactEstate enables our customers to accept payments though ACH, credit card, and debit card. While processing fees apply to credit and debit cars, there are no processing fees associated with ACH or Zelle payments.
To sign up, please use the following ACHQ URL: https://go.achq.com/activate. Ensure you use the same Company Name associated with your ExactEstate account, this will allow us to connect your API credentials once underwriting is completed, enabling merchant processing. As a merchant, you will use your bank accounts to conduct transactions, ensuring that your funds are deposited directly and more quickly into your accounts.
The underwriting process typically takes 3-5 days.
Once your account is set up for ACH, you will be able to accept within each tenant ledger within each property.
