How to Create a Recertification Notice

Step By Step Guide

To create a Recertification Notice, please follow the steps below. 

Step 1. Navigate to the Residents tab under the Main Menu, click Resident Search.

Step 2. Identify the Resident you'd like to create the notification for, click the Options Cog to the right and select Resident Actions.  

Step 3. Click Generate Recertification Notice in the top menu bar and select notice period (number of days) you'd like to generate.

Step 4. The notice will generate a preview you're able to edit if necessary.  Click Email or Print based on requirements.
