How To Create A Work Order for a Resident

Step By Step Guide

To create a work order for a resident, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Navigate to the Residents tab under the Main Menu, click Resident Search.

Step 2. Identify the resident you'd like to create a work order for and click the Options Cog to the right and click Resident Actions.

Step 3. Scroll to the Work Order order section and click Add Work Order.

Step 4. Add the details and click Create Work Order
