ExactEstate offers a powerful automation feature that allows you to schedule and customize various tasks to run automatically, eliminating the need for manual intervention. This page provides an overview of the available Periodic Tasks and how to tailor them to your specific requirements.
To manage Periodic Tasks, please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Navigate to the Admin tab under the Main Menu, click Admin Settings.
Step 2. Navigate to the Periodic Tasks section towards the bottom of the page where a number of automated tasks are listed.
Step 3. Edit Options

- Hour & Minute: Select the hour of the day you'd like the automated
- Choose to Enable or Disable
Step 4. Click Edit Task to save your changes.
