How To Create Rental Add-Ons

Rental Add-Ons are optional amenities or services that can be added to a rental unit for an additional fee. Examples include washer/dryers, cable TV, or internet access. Each property may offer different add-ons, and these can be assigned as needed.

Adding Rental Add-Ons Manually

To create Rental Add-Ons, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Start under the Admin tab found in the main menu. Click System Setup.
Step 2. Click "Rental Add-Ons". This will take you to the Add-Ons page.
Step 3. Click the "Create New" button or "CSV Entry."
Create New: Fill out the form details and click "Create New"
CSV Entry: Review the validation rules, download the template CSV, fill in and upload the worksheet.
Step 4. Enter the necessary details for your new Add-On.
Step 5. Click "Create Add-On" to save your changes.

Your newly created Rental Add-On will now be visible on the Add-Ons page.

* Please note that you can make a charge for rental add-ons that are not paid by residents. An example of this would be for single family homes where the landlord pays the insurance for the home as shown below.
