      How To Create Rental Add-Ons via CSV in ExactEstate

      Rental Add-Ons are optional amenities or services that can be added to a rental unit for an additional fee. Examples include washer/dryers, cable TV, or internet access. Each property may offer different add-ons, and these can be assigned as needed. 

      To add them manually or individually follow the steps found here.

      Click "Get Started" to follow the steps.  Click the boxed arrow in the bottom right for an expanded view.

      How To Create Rental Add-Ons Using CSV Templates In ExactEstate

      1. Click the "Admin" tab under the Main Menu

      2. Click "System Setup"

      3. Click "Rental Add-Ons"

      4. Click "CSV Entry"

      5. Click to review "Validation Rules"

      6. Click "Close"

      7. Click "CSV Entry"

      8. Click "Generate CSV Template"

      9. Fill in the CSV and click "Upload CSV"

      10. Select the filled in CSV

      11. Click "Upload" to upload Rental Add - Ons in bulk
