How to Create,Edit, or Remove Application Denial Letters
ExactEstate has a simple application process instituted with customized Application Denial Letters. This page shows you how to create Application Denial Letters, so they can be used in the system.
To create, edit or remove Application Denial Letters, please follow the steps below.
To Create:
Step 1. Navigate to the Admin tab under the Main Menu, click System Setup.
Step 2. Select Application Denial Letters from the displayed list.
Step 3. Click Create New in the top right corner of the page.
Step 4. Fill in the required information and click Create.
To Edit:
Step 1. Navigate to the Admin tab under the Main Menu, click System Setup.
Step 2. Select Application Denial Letters from the displayed list.
Step 3. Identify the reason you'd like to edit and click the Options Cog to the right of it and select Edit.
Step 4. Make any necessary changes and click Edit Denial Letter.
To Delete
Step 1. Navigate to the Admin tab under the Main Menu, click System Setup.
Step 2. Select Application Denial Reasons from the displayed list.
Step 3. Identify the letter you'd like to edit and click the Options Cog to the right of it and select Delete.
Step 4. Confirm you'd like to delete the letter.
