ExactEstate has a simple application process with customized Application Denial Letters. Application Denial Letters will include "Application Denial Reasons" to be selected when generating a denial letter.
To create, edit or remove Application Denial Reasons, please follow the steps below.
To Create:
Step 1. Navigate to the Admin tab under the Main Menu, click System Setup.
Step 2. Select Application Denial Reasons from the displayed list.
Step 3. Click Create New in the top right corner of the page.
Step 4. Fill in the reason and click Create.
To Edit:
Step 1. Navigate to the Admin tab under the Main Menu, click System Setup.
Step 2. Select Application Denial Reasons from the displayed list.
Step 3. Identify the reason you'd like to edit and click the Options Cog to the right of it and select Edit.
Step 4. Make any necessary changes and click Edit Reason.
To Delete
Step 1. Navigate to the Admin tab under the Main Menu, click System Setup.
Step 2. Select Application Denial Reasons from the displayed list.
Step 3. Identify the reason you'd like to edit and click the Options Cog to the right of it and select Delete.
Step 4. Confirm you'd like to delete the reason.
