Work Order Locations are the areas that can be selected during the submission of a Work Order in the system. Admin users are able to define and customize the locations that appear for users of the system.
To create Work Order Locations, please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Navigate to the Admin tab under the Main Menu, click System Setup.
Step 2. Choose Work Order Locations from the list of Settings
Step 3. Create a Work Order Location by choosing 1 of the 2 options.

- Option 1. Create locations manually by clicking "Create New" in the top right corner.
- Enter in the Location name and select if it is for Staff Only.
- Click Create Work Order Location.
- Option 2. Create locations in bulk by clicking CSV Entry.
- Review the Validation Rules.
- Generate the CSV Template to fill in.
- Upload the CSV.
- Option 1. Create locations manually by clicking "Create New" in the top right corner.

To edit or delete Work Order Locations, please follow the steps below.
Step 1. From the Work Order Locations, identify the location like you'd like to change and click the Options Cog.
- Option 1. Click Edit location and make any necessary change. Click Edit Work Order Location to save changes.
- Option 2. Click Delete. Confirm you'd like to delete the location by clicking Yes.
