How to Edit Resident Leases & Subsidies in Mass

To edit resident leases and subsidies in mass, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Navigate to the Admin tab under the Main Menu, click Admin Settings.

Step 2. Navigate to the Resident Settings section.  Under Mass Actions, click "Change Lease and Subsidy Pricing in Mass".

Step 3. Review the validation rules to ensure accuracy, and download the .csv template to input the changes.

Step 4. Fill in the necessary information for each resident.  Click Upload .csv, select your file, and click Submit.

NOTE: Uploading a .csv file will overwrite existing lease and subsidy prices for all residents included in the file.
