How to Generate a 50059 using ShofCorps

To generate a 50059 through our integration with ShofCorps, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Navigate to the Residents tab under the Main Menu, click Resident Search.

Step 2. Identify the resident you'd like to generate the 50059, click the Options Cog to the right and select Resident Actions.

Step 3. Make sure Income Certification & TRACS is checked to view and scroll down to the section.

Step 4. Fill in the form and click "Go To ShofCorp".

•  NOTE: If you do not have a ShorfCorp ID added to your property, you will not see this tab. See Editing Your Property to add in this value.
