How To Make A Secondary Resident the Primary Resident
To make a Secondary Resident a Primary Resident, please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Navigate to the Resident tab under the Main Menu, click Resident Search.
Step 2. Click the Options Cog to the right of the resident you'd like to manage, select Resident Actions.
Step 3. Make sure Personal Information in checked to be displayed.
Step 4. Scroll to Personal Information and click Make Primary Resident. Confirm the change via the pop-up and click Make Primary.
