Universal Settings include Late Fees and Terms of Service.
Late Fee Declarations are the settings that enable ExactEstate to automatically charge Late Fees to residents with delinquent balances.
To set, edit, or update Universal Late fees associated with Resident Rent, please follow the steps below.
To update Universal Late Fees please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Navigate to the Admin tab under the Main Menu, click Admin Settings.
Step 2. Navigate to the Universal Settings section, click Edit Late Fee Declarations.
Step 3. Select the Late Fee you'd like to to edit and click the Options Cog to the right.
Step 4. Make any necessary edits or changes to the Initial fee, Daily fee, Percentage fee, and Days Until Charged. Click Update to save your changes.

Universal Application Terms of Service
To add, edit, or update Universal Application Terms, please follow the steps below.
The Terms of Services listed in the Admin Settings are the terms that are accepted by Residents when they submit an application.
To update Universal Application Terms of Service please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Navigate to the Admin tab under the Main Menu, click Admin Settings.
Step 2. Navigate to the Universal Settings section, click Application Terms of Service.
Step 3. Add, edit, or update the Terms of Service displayed on your applications, click Update.
