How To Transfer All Residents to Another Unit

To transfer all Residents from one Unit to another, please follow the steps below.

NOTE: This action may be disabled if you do not have the correct permissions.On the unit transfer page, you will be able to transfer all residents and children into another unoccupied unit.

The following data will be transferred:

• All Residents and Children
• All Payments and Charges
• All Unit Notifications
• All Leases will be re-assigned to new unit
• Historical Occupancy will be re-assigned to new unit

Step 1. Navigate to the Unit tab under the Main Menu, click Units Search.

Step 2. Identify the Unit you'd like to transfer Residents from, click the Options Cog to the right and click Unit Actions.

Step 3. Scroll to the Occupants section and click Transfer All Residents.

Step 4. On the next screen, select the Unit you'd like to transfer the residents to.

Step 5. Click Transfer All Residents.
