How to Use Marketing Leads: Apartments.com

Integrating Apartments.com Leads with ExactEstate

To streamline the process of capturing leads from Apartments.com, ExactEstate offers seamless integration. To get started, please follow the steps below. 

Important Note: Ensure You Have An Active Apartments.com Marketing Account

• Have an active marketing account on the Apartments.com.
• Visit the Apartments.com website for more information.

Step 1. Navigate to System Setup under the Main Menu, click Properties.

Step 2. Identify the property you'd like to integrate and click the Options Cog to the right.

Step 3. Add Apartments.com ID in the Apartments.com ID field towards the bottom. 

Step 4. Verify that Apartments.com is now listed under the Prospects tab in the Main Menu.

(Optional): Enable Automatic Lead Capture 

• Contact ExactEstate support to create a dedicated email address.
• Add this email to your Apartments.com lead recipients list.
• ExactEstate will automatically store Apartments.com leads in the designated page.
