Managing Residents is made simple by ExactEstate.

Under the Residents tab you'll find:

• Resident Search
  • Search for and manage Residents.
• Mass Resident Email
  • Send a mass email to all or selected Residents.
• Resident Forum
  • Create or view communication posted in the Resident Forum available in the Resident Portal.
• Income Certification
  • Review and/or mange Resident Income data.
• Mass Recerts.
  • Generate mass Recertification notices for Residents.
• Community Voting
  • Create and/or manage Community Voting topics presented to Residents within the Resident forum.
