Under the Applications Tab you'll find:

• Create New Application
  • Create a new application for a prospective resident or capture the link allowing them to submit an application directly.
• In Progress 
  • View in Progress Applications
• Dashboard
  • View approved but not pre-leased Applications
• Waitlist
  • View Applications on the Waitlist
• Pre-leased
  • View Applications that have been approved and pre-leased.
• Income Certification 
  • Manage or review Applicant Income Certifications
• Mgmt. (Management) Processing
  • Process Applications 
• Comp. (Compliance) Processing
