Main Menu: Units Tab

Managing Units is made simple with ExactEstate. 

Under the Units tab you'll find:

• Units Search
  • Search for Units to manage/review.
• Make Ready Board
  • Create, manage, review your Make Ready Board.
• Floorplans
  • View available floorplans and download blueprints if they are available.
• Inspections
  • View Move-In, Pre-Move Out, Move Out and Recurring Inspections for each Unit.
• Utility Bills
  • View and/or upload Utility Bills for individual Units.
• Notifications
  • View and/or create Unit Notifications
• Unit Calendar
  • View Unit Occupancy, Availability, Movin-ins and Move-Outs in a calendar view.
