      New Feature Update: Enhanced "Upload Rent" Capabilities

      We are excited to announce a new feature that will significantly enhance your efficiency and record-keeping capabilities: 

      Enhanced Upload Rent Fields

      The "Upload Rent" feature allows you to upload multiple rent payments at once, significantly reducing the time and effort of manually inputting each payment one by one. The additional fields added to the template are designed to streamline your rent payment processing and provide more detailed tracking capabilities. 

      New Enhancements

      Enhanced Downloadable Template

      • The downloadable template for uploading rent payments has been updated with two new fields: Payment Type and Document Identifier.
        • Payment Type:
          • Use this field to specify the type of payment (e.g., check, credit card, bank transfer).
          • This allows for clearer categorization and easier reconciliation of payments.
        • Document Identifier:
          • This field is designed to store the document identifier, such as a check number or transaction ID.

      Benefits of the New Enhancements

      • Increased Efficiency: Bulk uploads save time and reduce manual entry errors, allowing you to focus on more important tasks.
      • Improved Tracking: The new fields provide a more detailed view of each payment, enhancing your ability to manage and audit rent payments.
      • Better Record-Keeping: Storing payment types and document identifiers helps maintain comprehensive and organized payment records.

      How to Use the Enhanced "Upload Rent" Feature

      • Download the Template: Access the updated template from the "Upload Rent" section under Payment Utils.
      • Fill in the Details: Enter the rent payment details, including the new Payment Type and Document Identifier fields.
      • Upload the File: Upload the completed template to process the rent payments in bulk.
