New Feature Update: Individual Resident Payment Settings

We are excited to announce a new feature that allows your staff (with permissions) to directly manage individual resident payment settings. This includes enabling/disabling payments via credit card or ACH.

Feature

Payment options, including both credit card and ACH, can now be configured and managed for each individual resident.

Benefits of this update include:

• Streamlined Management: Staff can now manage payment settings on a per-resident basis, centralizing control.

• Increased Flexibility: The ability to quickly switch between CC and ACH for individual residents provides greater flexibility in managing a diverse tenant base.

• Improved Efficiency: This feature reduces the back-and-forth communication with residents about payment issues, allowing staff to quickly make necessary adjustments.

Notes:

• If a Resident has Auto-Pay settings enabled, they will be cleared & deleted if ACH or CC payments are disabled individually for them.
• This feature is permission-based; access is automatically granted to anyone with the "Edit Resident" permission.
