How to Use Marketing Leads: RentPath

Integrating RentPath Leads with ExactEstate

To streamline the process of capturing leads from RentPath, ExactEstate offers seamless integration. To get started, please follow the steps below. 

Important Note: 

• Ensure You Have An Active RentPath Marketing Account
• Visit the RentPath website for more information.

Step 1. Navigate to System Setup under the Main Menu, click Properties.

Step 2. Identify the property you'd like to integrate and click the Options Cog to the right.

Step 3. Add RentPath ID in the RentPath ID field towards the bottom. 

Step 4. Verify that RentPath is now listed under the Prospects tab in the Main Menu.

(Optional): Enable Automatic Lead Capture 

• Contact ExactEstate support to create a dedicated email address.
• Add this email to your RentPath lead recipients list.
• ExactEstate will automatically store RentPath leads in the designated page.
