Review & Manage Apartment.com Leads

To review and manage Apartments.com leads, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Navigate to the Prospects tab under the Main Menu, click Apartments.com

Step 2. Click the Options Cog to the right of the lead you'd like to review, click View Original.

Step 3. Select to view the original details, make the lead a prospect, or dismiss the lead.

• • • View Original Details shows the prospect's information and preferences.
    • Make A Prospect allows you to automatically take the information and turn the lead into a qualified prospect.
    • Dismiss Lead allows you to delete/deny the lead.
