Assisted Setup File: Make Ready Options Tab

Make Ready Options are the events that are tracked in the process of making a Unit ready for move-in. These options are prioritized by a 'priority' field.

  • Option Name: Name your make ready options however you wish. Note: duplicate names are not allows and these fields have been added to the Make Ready Options by default: Building, Unit, Days Vacant, Floorplan, Bed Baths, Designation, Preleased Move-in Date, Primary Applicant, and Is Ready.
  • Priority: Priority dictates where the make ready option appears on the make ready board. Lower numbers are prioritized before over higher numbers.
