How to Generate a Resident TIC

To Generate a Resident TIC, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Navigate to the Residents tab under the Main Menu and click Income Certification. 

Step 2. Identify the Resident you'd like to generate a TIC for and click on their line.

Step 3. Enter in the required info indicated by a red * star.

Step 4. Click Generate TIC and PDF will be created that you can download or print.
