How To Lock Payments on a Unit

To lock payments on a unit, please follow the steps below.

Step 1. Navigate to the Unit tab under the Main Menu, click Units Search.

Step 2. Identify the Unit you'd like to transfer Residents from, click the Options Cog to the right and click Unit Actions.

Step 3. Toggle Payments Locked to NO or YES.
