Main Menu: Admin Tab

Global settings, system setup and group permissions are all customizable in ExactEstate.

Under the Admin tab, you'll find:

• Admin Settings
  • Manage Resident Settings, Universal Settings (Late fees & Application Terms of Service), Payment Settings, Generate Rent, Late Fee & Utility Bills, Email Settings, and Periodic Tasks (i.e. when to send to send the Daily Report).
• System Setup
  • Set up everything from Properties and Buildings, to Residents and Accounting.
• Users
  • Create, review, and manage users types, assigned properties and permissions.
• Group Permissions
  • Create, review and manager User Groups and permissions.
• Hosted Websites
  • Review and manage property or company websites designed and hosted by ExactEstate.
