You can now process a full deposit return with a single click, directly from the resident ledger.

This update streamlines a common task, saving you time and reducing the steps needed to complete a deposit return. The new "Return Deposit" button simplifies the process, so you can handle move-outs more efficiently.

**If you're already taking advantage of the "Waive Balance after Move-Out" feature, you're settings and workflow will not be impacted.

• Improves Efficiency: Simplify your move-out process by handling deposit returns directly from the resident ledger.

• Reduces Errors: A more streamlined workflow minimizes the chance for manual entry mistakes.

Notes:

• Returns are tracked transaction that do not impact the original deposit charge or payment to allow for accurate record keeping. Using this feature will require an external payment via check, cash, money order, etc to be provided to the residents.
• If you wish to Refund a Payabli transaction, you can do so by clicking "Refund Payment" found under the Options Cog of a specific transaction in the Resident Ledger.
• This is a permission based feature which is disabled by default for non-Admin user types. It can be enabled under Payment Permissions by group or individual user.
