Data Validation & Definitions

Below are the field names and descriptions to help ensure each are filled out properly to ensure accurate onboarding of your data.

  • Name: This is the name of the property. This can be any characterizing name you wish for the Property being onboarded.
  • Type: This is the type of property being onboarded such as: Affordable, Conventional, Multifamily, Single-Family, Student, Senior Housing, Association.
  • Street Address: The street of the property.
  • City: This is the city where the property is.
  • State: This is the state where the property is.
  • Zip: This is the zip code where the property is.
  • Phone: This is the phone number of the main point of contact for the property. Ensure it is 10 characters.
  • App Fee: This is the application fee that is charged to the Primary Applicant.
  • Secondary App Fee: This is the secondary application fee that is charged to Co-Applicants.
  • Rent Due Day: This is the integer number for the day of the month that rent is due.
  • Days Late Until Charged: This is the integer number for the days the resident can be late until charged a late fee.
  • Max Late Fees: This is the maximum amount of money that will be charged for late fees if they are unpaid. Note: Leave the field empty for infinite late fee charges.
  • Close Out Day: This is the day of the month that the property closes out it's books.
  • State Identification Number: This is the Identification number for your property. Currently this only applied to Income Certification, so if this is not a worry, you do not need to fill it out.
  • Property Budget: This is the simply the monthly budget for your Property. This value allows reporting to show checks and balances with estimates.
