      How To Create Rental Add-Ons Manually in ExactEstate

      Rental Add-Ons are optional amenities or services that can be added to a rental unit for an additional fee. Examples include washer/dryers, cable TV, or internet access. Each property may offer different add-ons, and these can be assigned as needed.

      How to Create a Rental Add-On Manually in ExactEstate

      1. Click the "Admin" tab under the Main Menu

      2. Click "System Setup"

      3. Click "Rental Add-Ons"

      4. Click "Create New"

      5. Click the "Name*" to enter in the name of the Add-On

      6. Click the "Price*" to enter in the monthly cost of the Add-On

      7. Click "Choose Code" to select the appropriate Transaction Code

      8. Select if this is paid by the resident

      9. Click "Create Add-On"
